Had a quick overnight stay. Drive down from LA and the staff were attentive and professional. Hotel is perfectly located to provide access to a wonderful wildlife show of sea lions and birds. Weather was perfect and the sunset was memorable.

I would absolutely stay at La Valencia again. It was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had in such a great location. Staff was extremely friendly, pool and hot tub was in great condition, and the rooms were extremely clean. It is going to be just about impossible for me to stay at another hotel when I'm back in La Jolla. Additionally, the valet was seamless for us and we felt incredibly safe on and around the property. Do yourself a favor and stay at this establishment!

An exceptional stay - La Valencia should be on everyone's "bucket list." I loved the breakfasts and lunches on the patio overlooking the ocean - and what hotel has a dog menu! The views were priceless and the concierge was incredibly helpful.
