very nice hotel. the location and surroundings are spectacular.

Elegant, historic hotel perfectly situated right in the Village of La Jolla. Built into a hillside heading down to the beach so you enter the lobby in the “middle” of the hotel from street level and go either up or down to the rooms. Small but nice pool with attentive service and good views. Restaurants with live music each night we were there. Located steps away from La Jolla Cove Beach with guest-only access doors leading from the property to the beach park. As with many historic hotels, balancing the need to provide modern amenities without losing the character of the hotel. We stayed in a room that seemed to have been recently renovated and were pleased with our choice.

Must see in la Jolla best rooms and views the food is so good

Nice hotel, just stopped by for a visit. Valet parking service was cheaper than paid public parking lot.
