La Valencia is iconic & it’s also my favorite place to spend the day eating and drinking my life away by the pool. Property is beautiful, staff is exceptional and the location in La Jolla is within walking distance of everything.

Loved our stay at La Valencia Hotel. View is amazing. The Pacific Suite itself is really spacious - like a small, one-bedroom condo. Staff are all professional and courteous. Love that the hotel is dog friendly in nearly all areas (not the main pool deck itself, but the upper pool deck area they're allowed). We ended up leaving half a day early, no fault of the hotel or anything. We're lazy vacation risers in the morning and hate being rushed to checkout. Would absolutely stay again!

What a beautiful place! Your staff are so kind and the building is gorgeous. We came from San Diego for the day. I highly recommend coming here for a visit
