About this event

Indulge in a romantic Valentine's Day dinner amidst ocean views and an elegant atmosphere. Executive Chef Fabian Aceves has crafted a decadent three-course prix fixe menu: 

First course

Lobster Vol au vent - oak chanterelle, crustacean oil

Endive Salad - farmers cheese, mint, date jam, lolla rosa, pecans, blood orange, honey blossom dressing 

Cauliflower soup - dandelion pesto, pine nut agrodolce

Hokkaido scallop crudo - guava, strawberry, purple basil, pink peppercorn vinaigrette

Second course

Aston gold seared big eye tuna - forbidden rice, baby broccoli, mizuna, oyster mushroom, sesame ginger dashi

Cascade rack of lamb - beluga lentil hummus, mint, peas, Panisse

Petite filet mignon, bone marrow, confit onion, roasted carrot, rosemary potato, black truffle sauce

Artichoke franchaise - lemon caper sauce, farro, heirloom tomato

Dessert

Cream puff, strawberry craquelin, diplomat cream filling

Dark chocolate mousse cake, Raspberry ganache
