Easter Brunch
Celebrate Easter Sunday by the sea with a festive spring brunch curated by Executive Chef Ernest Lopez featuring an elegant three-course menu highlighting the season's freshest ingredients. Enjoy dishes such as broiled lobster tail, smoked salmon shakshuka, Chianti-braised lamb shank, herb-roasted prime rib and eggs, and morel mushroom pappardelle with spring peas. Conclude with a trio of decadent desserts, including red berry mascarpone mousse cake, flourless chocolate ganache, and gluten-free lemon cheesecake.
The Easter Bunny his special springtime friend will be visiting throughout brunch for photos and cheerful greetings, and little guests can take part in our Easter Egg Hunt on the lawn from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
