The Mediterranean Room's Contemporary Mediterranean Cuisine is an all-encompassing
journey from Spain down to Morocco and Algeria then to the shores of Lebanon, Syria
and Turkey and finally landing ashore in Greece, Italy and southern France. Chef Sean
Eastwood effortlessly melds the ingredients, cooking techniques and customs of the
