Join us at 6:00pm for an exclusive Martell Cognac pairing dinner set to ocean views featuring a specialty menu from La Valencia's talented culinary team led by Executive Chef Fabian Aceves. Christophe Pienkowski, Martell's global ambassador, will guide you through each course's cognac pairing as you enjoy langoustine tartar, roasted duck breast and more, concluding with a decadent dark chocolate soufflé and final Martell pairing.
Seats for this dinner in the Mediterranean Room are extremely limited. Reservations are required. $225 per person.
