Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Reservation Policy: Contact the concierge at ext 3773 for an appointment. Because all therapists are offsite, we ask that you give a 1/2 day notice for massage appointments and a full day notice for all facials and packages.

Cancellation Policy: A 2 hour advance notice is required for cancellation, otherwise a full fee will be assessed.

Before and After Hours Fees: Any services performed before 9am or after 9pm will be charged a $20 "off hours" fee.
