Menu Selection
If you wish to offer a choice of entrée to your guests, you may select up to 3 entrées. A final count of each entrée will be required 3 business days prior to your event. Place cards identifying each guest's choice are required. *

*A place card must be provided for each individual guest. Each place card must state the guest name with his or her choice of entrée clearly indicated on the front of the place card.

Tastings
For all weddings of 50 guests or more, a complimentary tasting is available prior to your wedding. You may select two (2) soups, two (2)
salads, and two (2) entrees with house wines. Tastings are offered Monday through Thursday, and require two weeks notice for
scheduling. Please contact your Catering Manager to set up a time.
Guarantee
A firm guarantee of attendance is required for all private meal functions seventy-two (72) business hours in advance. In the event a
guarantee is not given, La Valencia will automatically use the expected number indicated in your contract.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $4,000 is due along with the signed contract, 2 weeks after the event is booked. 50% of the remaining total
Food & Beverage estimate is due 7 months prior to your scheduled event. 100% of the total estimated cost of your event is due 30 days
prior to the Wedding Date. Your deposit schedule will be outlined in the Event Contract.
Service Charge and Sales Tax
All Food & Beverage is subject to a 20% Service Charge and California Sales Tax.
Please note
La Valencia does not allow outside food or beverage to be brought onto the property at any time. Saturday night food and beverage minimums may apply.
