Wedding Coordinator

For this extremely important event, we highly recommend you hire a professional wedding coordinator to assist you with your planning. We are happy to provide you with our recommended vendor list.

Bride & Groom Accommodations

Our wedding packages include several amenities, one of which is accommodations for the Bride and Groom on the wedding night. A two-night minimum is required when staying over a Saturday night. A three-night minimum stay may be required during summer, holidays or holiday weekends. Additional nights will be offered at a special wedding rate. All accommodations are subject to availability.

Guest Accommodations

Accommodations for your guests may be contracted at special rates. A two-night minimum is required for all stays involving a Saturday night. A three-night minimum stay may be required during summer, holidays or holiday weekends.

Any accommodation requests that are not contracted will be offered at our standard seasonal rates. Please contact your Catering Manager for additional information. All accommodations are subject to availability.

Parking

Valet Parking is available for $8.00 per vehicle. If you choose to host parking and/or a $2.00 gratuity per guest, the charges may be applied to your account.

Linens

Three-quarter length tablecloths and napkins are complimentary in select colors. We are happy to assist you with the rental of any specialty items.

Cake-Cutting

If you choose to bring in your own cake, a cake-cutting fee of $3.50 per guest will apply.
