The series will pair some of the world's most prestigious wines with the artfully crafted cuisine of the hotel's award-winning Executive Chef, James Montejano, along with the colaboration of esteemed guest Chef's local to San Diego.
The 2016 dinner series will be held in the hotel's signature, ocean view dining room and the menus will expertly match Chef Montejano's talent for bringing out the best of seasonal ingredients, sustainable seafood & meats and handcrafted cheeses, with the extraordinary wines of renowned labels.
