Cancellation / No Show Policy
Your spa appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid
being charged 100% of the service fee. In order to honor each guest’s experience, late arrivals will receive only the remaining time of their appointment.
Special Needs and Medical Conditions
Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us about any special needs or medical conditions, pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies or disabilities. Talking with your therapist will help customize your service to ensure maximum enjoyment and
benefits.
Reservations
To ensure availability, we recommend that you schedule your services several days in advance. For your convenience a 20% service charge is automatically added to your service, however this may be adjusted at your discretion. Guests must be 18 years or older for spa services or accompanied by an adult.
